Structure, artwork and insert consultation

The end view shows the tray inside the carton and the clearance around the vial cap. Bottle height, body diameter and cap profile are all needed to develop a tray that fits the actual item.

The separated components make the packaging system easy to understand: a printed folding carton, a shaped clear tray and a folded leaflet. Their dimensions and packing sequence should be reviewed together.

The open carton view shows the vial supported as the tray is lifted. Opening clearance and the position of the vial can be adjusted around how the pack will be filled and presented.
