02 / Customization Options
The details that shape your pack.
Explore box styles, materials, printing, finishes and inserts for your packaging. We will recommend a combination around your product, artwork and budget.
【Drawer Box】
A rigid sleeve with a slide-out tray. It pulls open smoothly, holds its shape and leaves room for inserts — a favourite for cosmetics, accessories and gift sets.
【Magnetic Box】
A book-style rigid box with a hidden magnetic catch that closes with a satisfying click. Every surface can be printed, and it pairs easily with custom inserts.
【Lid and Base Box】
A classic two-piece rigid box: the separate lid fits snugly over the base. Simple, sturdy and easy to dress up with foil, embossing or wrapping paper.
【Paper Tube】
A cylindrical tube with a fitted lid, rolled from layered paperboard. Ideal for candles, tea, cosmetics and other round or slim products.
【Shoulder Neck Box】
A three-part rigid box — lid, base and a visible neck collar. The collar adds strength and frames the product with a second colour or print.
【Handle Box】
A folding carton with a built-in carry handle. It ships flat, assembles quickly and makes retail and gift packs easy to carry.
【Double Door Box】
A rigid box whose two front panels open outward like doors, revealing the product in one move. Well suited to launches and premium sets.
【Hinged Lid Box】
A rigid box with the lid attached along the back edge, so it opens and closes as one piece and stays together on display and in transit.
【Adhesive Velvet】
Self-adhesive flocked velvet for lining trays, inserts and lids, giving the inside of the box a soft, premium feel.
【Art Paper】
Bright white coated paper with a smooth surface for sharp, vivid printing, often wrapped over rigid board.
【Black and White Paper】
Solid-colour board that is black or white all the way through, so cut edges and folds stay clean without extra printing.
【Corrugated Board】
Fluted board in single or double wall for mailer boxes and shipping cartons that need strength at a low weight.
【Glitter Paper】
Paper with fine glitter on the surface for a festive, light-catching wrap on gift and seasonal packaging.
【Grey Board】
Dense, rigid recycled board that forms the core of most rigid boxes, available in a range of thicknesses.
【Kraft Paper】
Natural brown paper with visible fibres for an honest, eco-minded look; prints well with darker inks.
【Special Paper】
Textured and pearlescent specialty papers — linen, felt, shimmer and more — to set a premium box apart.
【Offset Print】
Plate-based printing for sharp detail and steady colour across large runs — the standard choice for retail boxes and cartons.
【Digital】
Printed straight from your file with no plates, so samples, short runs and multiple design versions are quick and economical.
【UV Print】
Inks cured instantly under UV light for crisp, vivid colour on coated board, plastics and specialty papers.
【Water-based Ink】
A low-odour ink that uses water as its main carrier — a cleaner option often chosen for eco-focused and cosmetic packaging.
【Soy/Vegetable Ink】
Made with soy or other plant oils instead of mineral oils, giving rich colour with a lighter environmental footprint.
【Oil Base Ink】
Conventional oil-based offset ink — dependable, fast-setting and cost-effective for everyday packaging runs.
【Pantone】
Spot colours mixed to Pantone references, so your brand colours stay consistent from one order to the next.
【Pantone Metallic】
Metallic Pantone inks for a soft gold, silver or copper sheen across large areas, as an alternative to foil.
【Gold Hot Stamping】
Metallic gold foil pressed onto the board with heat for crisp, reflective logos, lines and patterns.
【Silver Hot Stamping】
Bright silver foil applied with heat and pressure — a cool, mirror-like accent on dark or coloured stock.
【Holographic Foil】
Iridescent foil that shifts colour as the box moves; eye-catching for cosmetics, gifts and limited editions.
【Embossing】
Raises artwork above the surface for a tactile, three-dimensional effect, with or without ink or foil.
【Debossing】
Presses artwork into the board for a recessed, understated texture that customers notice by touch.
【Gloss Lamination】
A clear glossy film that deepens colours, adds shine and protects the print from scuffs and moisture.
【Matte Lamination】
A clear matte film for a smooth, low-glare finish that feels refined and resists fingerprints.
【Spot UV】
Gloss UV coating applied only to selected areas, creating contrast against a matte background.
【Fabric & Paper Bags】
Matching carrier bags in paper or fabric, printed and finished to coordinate with your boxes for a consistent brand look.
【Stickers】
Custom stickers and seals for closing tissue, wraps and boxes, printed with your logo, message or pattern.
【Thank-You Cards】
Printed cards to tuck inside the box — a simple way to thank customers, share care tips or invite a reorder.
【Logistics Boxes】
Printed mailer and shipping boxes that protect the order in transit and keep your brand visible from the doorstep.
【EVA】
Dense, resilient foam cut to the exact shape of each item. Available in black or white, and the most popular choice for cosmetics and bottles.
【PU】
Soft, springy polyurethane foam that cushions fragile or irregular items such as glass, jewellery and electronics.
【EPE】
Lightweight polyethylene foam that absorbs shock — an economical insert for shipping and larger products.
【Paperboard Lamination】
A paperboard insert wrapped in paper or fabric, cut to hold each item securely and give the inside of the box a clean, finished look.
【Cardboard】
Folded paperboard inserts with die-cut slots — an all-paper, recyclable way to keep products in place.
【Wet Press】
Moulded pulp pressed into the exact shape of your product, with a smooth finish — sturdy, plastic-free and recyclable.
【PET Blister】
Clear thermoformed PET trays that hold each item firmly while keeping it fully visible.
【PETG Blister】
Thermoformed PETG trays with extra toughness and clarity, for premium sets that need a glass-like look.
