For the personal information described in this Privacy Policy, we act as the data controller or equivalent responsible business unless another party is identified.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you browse this website, submit a packaging inquiry, request a quotation, upload artwork or reference files, or contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
The website currently does not require customer accounts and does not provide an online quotation cart or checkout. If these functions are introduced later, this policy will be updated before they are used to collect additional personal information.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect your name, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company name, country calling code, product and packaging requirements, requested quantity, dimensions, message content, and the product page or form from which your inquiry was sent.
If you choose to upload a file, we may also receive artwork, dielines, logos, product references, specifications and other information contained in that file. Please do not upload unnecessary personal information, payment-card information, government identification documents, health information or other sensitive information.
For security and reliable operation, our website and hosting systems may temporarily process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, page address, error logs and anti-spam verification results. We do not store a persistent copy of your IP address in the WordPress Inquiry record.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- review and respond to inquiries and quotation requests;
- understand product, material, printing, finishing and delivery requirements;
- prepare recommendations, samples, quotations and production discussions;
- communicate about an existing or proposed business relationship;
- protect the website, prevent spam, investigate errors and maintain records;
- meet legal, accounting, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.
Where the EU/EEA or UK GDPR applies, we process information that is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract with you personally, or to perform that contract. Where you contact us on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to the requested business inquiry, preparing a quotation and managing the business relationship, subject to necessity and a balance with your rights and reasonable expectations. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us. We also process information when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations. These grounds do not authorize unrelated uses, and additional requirements under other applicable laws still apply.
Our custom inquiry forms display a short privacy notice and a link to this policy beside the submission controls, without requiring a privacy acknowledgement checkbox. Submitting an inquiry asks us to review and respond to your request; it is not recorded as proof that you have read this policy or as consent to promotional emails, advertising tracking or unrelated processing. Where a particular use requires consent, that consent must be obtained separately before the use begins.
5. Inquiry Records and Uploaded Files
Submitted inquiries are stored as private records in our WordPress administration area. Uploaded files are stored in protected private storage outside the public WordPress media-upload area. They are not attached to notification emails. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to review and respond to the inquiry.
Alongside an inquiry, we record its submission time, the privacy display mode, the notice text and the associated policy version. A server-signed form snapshot identifies the version supplied with the form; it does not prove that you read or agreed to it. If an older open form has no such snapshot, the record identifies the submission-time configuration instead. Historical records may retain an acknowledgement that was actively submitted under an earlier form design.
Although we take reasonable safeguards, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send trade secrets or highly confidential files until suitable confidentiality arrangements have been agreed.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile and Anti-Spam
We may enable Cloudflare Turnstile on inquiry forms to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. When enabled, Cloudflare may process technical signals from your browser and device to provide an anti-spam result. A failed verification is not saved as an Inquiry and does not trigger an email or file upload.
Cloudflare acts as a service provider for this purpose and processes information under its own privacy commitments. Turnstile is loaded only when it has been enabled by us. You can read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for more information.
7. Cookies, Analytics and External Services
The public website may use strictly necessary technical cookies or similar storage required for security and normal WordPress operation. Administrative login cookies apply only to authorized website administrators.
With your consent, this website may use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand how visitors use the website, and the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta) to measure whether our advertising leads to inquiries. These tools set cookies or use similar technologies and are loaded only after you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, they are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or follow a link to another website, that service will process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Embedded videos or other third-party content, if added, may also connect to the provider only as described by that provider.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with authorized employees or contractors, website hosting and email providers, Cloudflare when Turnstile is enabled, professional advisers, and public authorities when required by law. Service providers are expected to process information only for the relevant service and to protect it appropriately.
9. International Data Transfers
Jingcai Packaging is located in China. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in China and may be processed by service providers in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Retention
Inquiry records and uploaded files are normally retained for up to 24 months after our last substantive communication with you, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, a legal claim, fraud prevention, tax or accounting rules, or another legal obligation. Short-lived security logs and anti-spam data may be retained for shorter periods.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and information about international transfers. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
These rights can be subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
12. Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where required by law.
